Turkish Mezes Workshop

We cooked Turkish mezes together with three great people, Esra, Isabel and Karl. The menu was
Roasted Eggplant Salad
Spicy Red Lentil Balls
Oven-baked Hummus with Crispy Bacon
Chicken Salad with Walnuts
Grilled Cheese in Vine Leafs
They cooked excellent and enjoyed a lot. You did a great job. All mezes were "echt lekker".
